As our small firm is growing and I was delegating more the concepts of motivating others, creating a culture of responsibility and accountability became even more important.
My goal was to achieve a framework in my leadership for those things. I believe I am achieving my goals on creating a culture of accountability in our firm whilst I still feel I need to work more on motivational framework.
I have learn to understand that coaching is of course giving some guidance and framework but most importantly making me think for myself. I think Michael has poked several areas of my leadership which has made me think more deeply which has helped achieve my goals.
