There are two ways to conduct the Initial Session Diagnostic:

  1. Individually: If the group consists of ad-hoc participants, the diagnostic can be conducted individually for each participant. The investment for this 1:1 session is €250 per participant for the 50-minute session.
  2. As a Group: The diagnostic can also be done as part of an exclusive group coaching program (a team that works together on a daily basis), where all participants will reflect together on the key areas. This is included in the overall program cost.

Normal Session Breakdown

1. Part I: Problem Presentation & Group Feedback (50 minutes)
  • Introduction (5 minutes)
    • The facilitator introduces the session and any new participants. This brief opening ensures everyone feels comfortable and ready for the session.
  • Current Events (5 minutes)
    • Each participant shares any new developments or challenges they are currently facing in their personal or professional life. This helps participants understand what’s happening in each other’s worlds and prepares them for more meaningful feedback.
  • Problem Presentation (15 minutes)
    • One participant presents a current challenge or idea to the group. You will have 12-15 minutes to explain the issue in detail. Visual aids (e.g., PowerPoint, mind maps) are optional, depending on what works best for you.
    • After presenting, the group asks questions to ensure they understand the problem and provide more clarity.
  • Q&A (10 minutes)
    • The group engages in a Q&A session, where participants ask clarifying questions to better understand the challenge. This step ensures that the feedback shared is based on a thorough understanding of the issue.
  • Group Feedback & Insights (15 minutes)
    • The group offers insights, suggestions, and feedback on the challenge. You, as the presenter, will take notes, listen carefully, and reflect on the feedback shared. The facilitator will guide the group to ensure all feedback is actionable and constructive.
    • At the end of the session, you will share any key discoveries from the feedback, wrapping up with clear action points.

2. Part II: Peer Coaching Sessions (40 minutes)
  • 1:1 Peer Coaching Sessions (3 sessions of 12-15 minutes or 2 sessions of 20-25 minutes)
    • Peer-to-peer coaching forms the core of Part II. Each participant gets the opportunity to present their challenge or idea in a brief 2-3 minute presentation to a peer, who will then coach them for 10-12 minutes.
    • The facilitator supervises each coaching session, ensuring that the coaching process remains focused and effective. The facilitator will provide feedback on both the challenge being presented and the coaching approach used by the participants.
    • The rotation ensures everyone has a chance to both coach and be coached, gaining valuable insights from each other’s experiences.
  • Final Reflection (5 minutes)
    • At the end of the session, the facilitator will guide a brief reflection period. The facilitator and group will share any final thoughts and feedback on the peer coaching process. This reflection allows everyone to discuss key takeaways and evaluate the session’s overall impact.
