What’s the agenda for an initial meeting?

There are a few directions we could take, depending on what would be most valuable for you:

  1. A relaxed introduction—to get to know each other and see where the conversation leads.
  2. A 40-minute diagnostic using ProjectAlignment to identify key priorities and opportunities for your personally or a project.
  3. A focused discussion around a challenge or question you’d like some guidance on.

What would I need to prepare in advance?

Not much—just a few minutes of reflection can go a long way. You might consider:

  • A quick thought about what you’d most like to walk away with from our conversation.
  • If we’re doing the ProjectAlignment diagnostic, deciding what would most benefit you; a look into what’s going on personally or professionally (career change, new strategy, organizational changes, new priorities, etc.)
  • And if there’s a specific challenge you’re navigating, feel free to bring a brief summary—or simply come ready to explore it together.

No formal prep required. Just show up as you are. We’ll shape the conversation around what matters most to you.

What if I enjoy the session but don’t want to continue—or want to pause?

That’s absolutely fine. There’s no pressure, no pitch, and no expectation beyond the conversation we’re having.

You’re always in the driver’s seat.
If you find value and want to continue, great—we can talk about what that might look like.
If now’s not the right time or you prefer to let things percolate, that’s equally valid.

Coaching should feel like a choice, not a commitment. I’m here when it’s useful—not to sell you on something you’re not ready for.

Will the session be recorded, and will I receive notes afterward?

Yes—sessions are recorded by default, mainly for your benefit. This allows me to provide a concise summary afterward, with direct links to specific moments in our conversation. That way, if something resonates or sparks action, you can jump right back to it—no note-taking required.

If you’d prefer not to be recorded, just let me know—your preferences always come first.

What do sessions cost if I decide to continue?

If you find value in our initial session and are curious about continuing, I offer a few flexible options—designed to fit different rhythms and levels of engagement.

I’m a mid-priced coach—positioned between entry-level and high-fee executive coaching—so the investment is meaningful but accessible for most professionals and organizations. I also take into account your role, whether you’re paying out of pocket, and whether you’re leading a startup. My aim is to make coaching accessible while honoring the value of the work.

Rather than listing fixed prices here, I prefer to have a quick conversation about what you’re looking for first. That way, I can share options that make sense for your context, goals, and pace.

There’s no pressure—just clarity, and a shared decision about what (if anything) makes sense from there.

How long is a session?

Sessions typically run 50 minutes. Occasionally we may wrap up a bit earlier or extend slightly if it serves the conversation. Extended or deep-dive sessions can also be arranged as needed.

How often do people typically meet with you?

It varies. The majority prefer weekly or biweekly sessions to build momentum, while others choose a monthly rhythm for reflection and recalibration. We’ll design a pace that works for your goals and bandwidth.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes, completely. Our conversations are private and confidential. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission, unless legally required. This is a foundational part of the trust we build.

Do you also work with teams?
